Shipping & Delivery
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Please check your spam folder if it hasn't appeared. We pack your order within 12–24 hours, and delivery then usually takes 4-7 business days.
If the tracking hasn't been updated for a few days, it doesn't necessarily mean anything — the carrier's scans sometimes lag behind the actual package. Write to us at info@getrituel.com with your order number, and we will look into it for you.
Start with the tracking link in your delivery confirmation or click here for the tracking page. Most delayed packages are either still with the carrier or waiting at a pickup location; the notification does not always arrive.
If more than 10 business days have passed since shipment and the tracking is still not updated, email info@getrituel.com with your order number. We will open a case with the carrier, and if the package is confirmed lost, we will send a new one. You will not be left without your order.
Returns
- Email info@getrituel.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- You will receive a return form and the return address from us.
- Pack the products well, in the original packaging, and include the form.
- Send the package and keep the receipt until the refund is confirmed.
We cover the return shipping cost.
You have a 60-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive your order. Notify us within that time, and then return the products within 7 days thereafter.
You are of course allowed to open and try the product; otherwise, you wouldn’t know if it suits your skin. What we need is for it to be returned in essentially the same condition, with packaging and any pump or cap intact. If the product is largely used up, we may need to deduct from the refund, or in some cases, not accept the return at all.
Has something arrived damaged, or did you receive the wrong product? Then it is our responsibility. Send a picture to info@getrituel.com and we will resolve it without you needing to return anything.
When your return has arrived at our warehouse, we will inspect it within 1 business day and process the refund on the same day it is approved. The money will be returned to the same payment method you used.
Your bank then needs 1–3 business days before the amount appears in your account; this part is beyond our control. You will receive an email from us as soon as the refund has been made, so you know it is on its way.
